vet999 is a trusted online betting and casino platform in Bangladesh. New players and experienced bettors alike have questions every day — how to make a deposit, what the bonus conditions are, or how to place a bet on a BPL match. On this page we have provided honest and detailed answers to all of those questions. Each answer is based on vet999's own policies and has been updated to reflect the latest information.
Step 1
Account and Registration
To open an account at vet999, you need an active mobile number and a valid email address. During registration you will need to provide your name, date of birth and a password of your choice. Please note that opening an account at vet999 is only available to those aged 21 and above. Each person may hold only one account.
No, under vet999's rules each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and any stored balance being forfeited. This rule is strictly enforced to maintain a safe and fair gaming environment.
Use the "Forgot Password?" option on the vet999 login page. A verification code will be sent to the mobile number or email you used during registration. Enter the code and set a new password. If you have any trouble, contact the support team via 24/7 live chat.
Yes, vet999 verifies identity to ensure secure transactions and responsible gaming. Before large withdrawals or in certain situations, you may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID card or passport. This process protects the security of your account.
If your account is suspended, first contact vet999 live chat support or send an email to [email protected]. The support team will explain the reason and guide you toward a resolution. Do not create a new account on your own — doing so may result in a permanent ban.
Step 2
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits to vet999 via bKash are nearly instant — your account balance is usually credited within a few seconds to a few minutes. Network congestion may occasionally cause a slight delay. If more than 15 minutes pass, please notify the live chat team.
The minimum deposit at vet999 is ৳200 (the same across all payment methods). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. You can start playing easily with a small deposit, and the bonus eligibility conditions remain the same regardless of the deposit amount.
Depositing via Nagad is straightforward. Go to the deposit section of your vet999 account, select Nagad, and send the funds to the indicated number using Nagad's "Send Money" option. Include your vet999 account ID as the payment reference. The minimum deposit is ৳200.
Withdrawals from vet999 generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are usually the fastest. Bank transfers may take a little longer. Having your account verification completed before requesting a withdrawal speeds up the process.
vet999 itself does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, bKash, Nagad or Rocket may apply their own transaction charges according to their respective policies. Banks may also charge their own fees for bank transfers.
Yes, vet999 supports deposits and withdrawals via all mobile banking methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. In addition, various bank transfers are supported, including Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳200 for each method.
Step 3
Games and How to Play
To bet on BPL matches, first go to the cricket section at vet999. There you will find a list of live matches and upcoming matches. A variety of betting markets are available, including match winner, top batsman and highest run scorer. Review the odds carefully before placing a bet and play within your budget.
Yes, live betting is available at vet999 during the T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments. Odds update in real time while matches are in progress and you can place bets across various in-play markets. With a good internet connection you can enjoy the full live betting experience.
vet999 has a large collection of slots from top game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI and others. You will find many popular titles such as Fortune Tiger, Fortune Rabbit and Mahjong Ways from PG Soft; Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza from Pragmatic Play; and Fortune Gems from JILI. Each game features different themes, features and bonus rounds.
RTP (Return to Player) is a percentage that indicates how much a game returns to players on average over the long term. For example, a 96% RTP means that for every ৳100 wagered, an average of ৳96 may be returned — but this is the average across thousands of spins, not a guarantee for each individual spin. Choosing games with a higher RTP is an informed decision.
Yes, the entire vet999 platform is mobile-optimised. You can easily play all games from a smartphone or tablet browser — no separate app download is needed. It runs smoothly on both Android and iOS devices. Live casino games also run without interruption on a 4G or Wi-Fi connection.
Step 4
Bonuses and Promotions
vet999 gives new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Complete the requirement within the specified time after receiving the bonus.
A 15x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳30,000 (2,000 × 15). Casino and slot game bets are generally included in the wagering requirement.
The vet999 VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. You can move up to higher tiers by playing regularly and increasing your betting volume. Bronze members receive weekly cashback of up to 0.2% and Diamond members receive up to 0.8%. Higher tiers also come with a personal account manager and additional exclusive benefits.
If the wagering requirement is not met within the bonus's set validity period, the bonus balance is automatically cancelled. However, your own deposited funds remain intact. To learn more about bonus terms and conditions, please refer to the terms and conditions page.
Yes, vet999 runs various promotions on a regular basis — special offers appear particularly during major cricket tournaments such as IPL, T20 World Cup or the BPL season. Promotional offers are also available during festivals such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. Visit the site regularly or ask via live chat for updates.
Step 5
Security and Responsible Gaming

Yes, vet999 strictly enforces a 21+ age limit. Your date of birth must be provided during registration and, if there is any doubt, age is verified via identity document. Any attempt by a minor to open an account is closed immediately upon detection. Keep your account away from children.
vet999 gives responsible gaming the highest priority. You can set your own deposit limits, place your account on a temporary break for a set period, or request voluntary self-exclusion. For more details, please refer to the responsible gaming page.
