• Each person may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• You must register under your own name — opening an account on behalf of another person or under a fictitious identity is strictly prohibited.
• vet999 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) for any member when necessary and may place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. The following rules must be followed strictly:

• Keep your username and password confidential — do not share them with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
• You will be responsible for all activity carried out through your account, unless it is proven that the account was used without authorization.
• Keep your contact details (email, phone number) up to date at all times.
• Transferring or selling account ownership is strictly prohibited.

All financial transactions on vet999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The rules for transactions are described below:

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly; however, in the event of a technical delay, it may take up to a few minutes.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be put on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
• vet999 reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal and conduct an investigation in the case of any irregular or suspicious transaction.

The following conditions apply to receiving and using bonuses and promotional offers on vet999:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• To qualify for bonus withdrawal, a 15x wagering requirement must be met.
• Details on how bets placed with bonus funds and wagering requirements are calculated will be stated on each promotion's page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly stated in the terms of a specific promotion.
• Each bonus offer may only be used once. Misuse of bonuses or fraudulent claims will result in account termination and forfeiture of the bonus.
• Weekly cashback under the VIP program is provided across five tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.3%, Gold — up to 0.5%, Platinum — up to 0.6%, Diamond — up to 0.8%.
• vet999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.

The following general rules apply to all types of betting and gaming on the platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a round is left incomplete due to a technical issue or error, vet999 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wagered amount.
• If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error in a game's outcome, the correct result will take effect.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final unless a clear technical error is proven.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the full wagered amount will be refunded.
• vet999 may add or remove any game or betting market without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs and using fraudulent methods to win.

• Allowing minors to access the platform.
• Attempting to verify an account using false identities or documents.

• Attempting to create an account or complete identity verification using false information.
• Being identified as a minor.
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion.

If there is a valid balance, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw before the account is closed; however, this may not apply in cases of fraud.

In the event of a dispute or complaint, please follow the process below:

• First, report the matter through our 24/7 live chat support or by email.
• The support team will review the dispute and attempt to resolve it within a reasonable time.
• vet999's decision will be considered final; however, a member may appeal to the relevant regulatory authority if they wish.
• For any legal dispute relating to these Terms, the law designated by the platform will apply.
